Giant's Grave Field

The field with the Giant's grave, is bounded by dry stone walls from the Mithraeum field, Vindobala fort, the Barn garden and the treehouse field.

The Giant's Grave
The Giant's grave is thought to be a Roman Cistern carved out of the bedrock in the field. It was discovered in 1766 but its purpose remains unknown.
