The document is typed and written on two sheets of parchment and a photocopied map bound together with green ribon, and dated 17th July 1967.
This is an exchange of land at the South of the Quarry House paddock between Tom James and Peter Geoffrey and Flossie Lilian Hodgkinson. It's not clear why they wanted to exchange a 0.32 acre traingle [shown in pink] for a 0.34 acre strip [shown in blue], but it may have been to improve access from the road to the lower field. The arrangement appears to have lasted, as the boundaries appear unchanged.
