The is a photocopy of a document typed and written on ten sheets of Foolscap paper dated 1st June 1976.
It describes the sale of 17.82 acres of land from Tom James to the Secretary of State for the Environment (Peter Shore) for £28,335 (the equivalent of £185,000 in 2021) to build the A69. The conveyance describes a plan of the land sold, but this is not attached to the conveyance documents.
