1986 Conveyance

The document is typed and written on two sheets of parchment with a photocopied map bound together with brass rivets, and dated 2nd February 1986.

This is the gift of Rudchester Barn and the adjacent building to the South referred to as "The Stables" from Tom James to his son, Adam Christian James. The map shows Rudchester Barn and what is now the Northern part of Stable Cottage (the section with a slate roof) outlined in red. Between the purchase of Rudcheser Barn in 1983 and this conveyance in 1986, the part of the Dutch Barn behind Rudchester Barn has been demolished.
