1992 Transfer

This is a signed HM Land Registry copy of Title ND 78740 - "Bothy Cottage", Rudchester, Northumberland dated 09 September 1992.

It is signed by S. and M. A. McClellan who bought the Bothy from Adam Christian Quentin James in 1992.

The position and size (43'6 at the front, 43'4 at the back and 62' front to back with 15' of space for parking at the front and 23' of garden at the back) of the Bothy land is outlined in red. Interestingly, the drawing is clearly before the conversion as the front entrance hall is not shown and the drive entrance has not been widened.
