4th October 1938 - Death of C. H. S. James
DEATH of the said C. H. S. James at Rudchester Wylam.
6th January 1939 - Probate
PROBATE OF THE WILL of the said C. H. S. JAMES was granted out of the said Newcastle upon Tyne District Probate Registry to the said Christian Wilfrid James and George Francis Bell the Executors and Trustees named in the said Will.
1st August 1939 - Assent
ASSENT by the said C. W. James and G. F. Bell whereby as Personal Representatives of the said C. H. S. James they assent to the vesting in CHRISTIAN WILFRID JAMES of
1. ALL the before abstracted hereditaments SUBJECT to the before abstracted Mortgage of the 11th August 1905
2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT by the Personal Representative to the right of C. W. James to the production of the Probate of the Will of C. H. S. James and to the delivery of copies thereof
3. DECLARATION that no previous assent or conveyance had been made in respect of the legal estate in the premises
4. AGREEMENT by the said C. W. James that he would pay and discharge all principal moneys and interest secured by or thenceforth to become payable under the before abstracted Mortgage and indemnify the said G. F. Bell and his estate and effects and the estate and effects of the said C. H. S. James from and against all proceedings claims and demands
