1971 Conveyance

The is a photocopy of a document typed and written on three sheets of Foolscap paper dated 6th May 1971.

It describes the sale of Blakeley Cottage and outbuildings with 2 acres of land from Tom James to William Angus Kennedy for £3,500. This land is not included in the 1905 conveyance, but the map indicates this area as belonging to "Exors. of W. James", who bought Rudchester and 640 acress of farm land from Walter Fawkes on 3rd December 1818, and died in 1820.
