1983 Conveyance

The document is typed and written on two sheets of parchment with a photocopied map bound together with brass rivets, and dated 4th March 1983.

This is the sale of Rudchester Barn from Arthur Heyward Charlesworth and John Rowlond Davies (back?) to Tom James for £1000. The map is consistent with the current Rudchester Barn, with its (now demolished) Dutch Barn at its West side, but it is not clear when or why Tom James sold it, as it was clearly in his posession as a result of the 1905 Conveyance.
