Farm Planning Permission

This is a planning permission decision notice Ref 89/D/300 dated 10th July 1989 granted to P. J. Brown (Director of Property Services for Northumberland County Council - so, to NCC by NCC) for "Change of use of existing disused farm buildings to storage and of Cottage to mess room, garage and workshop at Rudchester Farm, Nr Heddon-on-the-Wall".

There are conditions attached including:
- the "permission is given only for a period expiring on 30th June 1994, and the use herby permissted shall be discontinued and shall not be resumend unless a further permission is obtained

This is interesting as the use continued until 2011.
