1976 Epitome of Title

The is a photocopy of a document typed on two sheets of Foolscap paper dated 1976. It describes two events:

First, the transfer of mortgage on 9th October 1952 between Sir Edward Pius Arthur Riddell C.M.G., D.S.O., of Anick House Hexham in the county of Northumberland a Brigadier General in His Majesty's Army (thereinafter called "the Transferor") of the one part and Etheldreda Ellison of 40 Wildcroft Manor, Putney in teh county of London, widow (thereinafter called "the Transferee") of the other part.

Second, the vacating receipt dated 3rd April 1967 endorsed upon Mortgage dated 11th August 1905. We do not appear to have a copy of this document.
